Bucket list update: 402. Try a new fitness class.

With the pandemic in full swing exercise classes in gyms and village halls have obviously been out of the question. But I have managed to discover a new fitness class (well actually two).

Two virtual classes have kept me going and kept me interested in working out and keeping fit.

I started body combat and yoga fusion. They have both kept me sane while I was unable to run through the stricter lockdown. And after catching COVID myself the yoga fusion has been helping my to slowly re introduce fitness into my life.

I absolutely love that they are varied and keep me on my toes! Also I can do them any time of day – seeing as my favourite time to work out is 6am that’s a pretty big positive.
